NEW PLACE

Hi I will be moving soon to this place form 1 bedroom in a house. This is a 3 bed 1 1/2 bath house with large yard. A 6 month lease min, in the mean time I will be looking into a home loan from the VA and my bank. Rent here ( for you to compare ) is 2,500. a month.

WOW 2500. !! Here in AZ that would go for 600. A month 3br/ 2b ! My home is $ 1154. a month 4 BR/ 2 1/2 b 3 car garage on 5 acres with a pool !

HI ALL that's why I put the rent in, so you can see what costs are here, but the house across from where I am now rents for 3,100. a 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage.
The room only where I am now shared bath is 650.

I got a call today from the owner, the house is ready I can do a walk thought and get the keys tomorrow.
