According to a study out of Florida State University, women ( and gay couples) who have attractive husbands are more likely to diet and exercise, regardless of what they themselves look like. I firmly believe this applies to gay couples , as well. I am with a haut hunk that keeps me on my toes watching my weight, appearance, and attire.




"The results reveal that having a physically attractive husband may have negative consequences for wives, (and boyfriends) especially if those wives (or BFs) are not particularly attractive," the study's co-author Tania Reynolds, a doctoral student at Florida State University, said in a press release.



The study, which looked at 113 newlywed American couples, found women with very attractive partners were more likely to suffer from disordered eating.
For men, their spouse's attractiveness had little to no impact on their motivation to diet. ( because they KNOW they are haut!)



"The research suggests there might be social factors playing a role in women's disordered eating," Reynolds said. "It might be helpful to identify women at risk of developing more extreme weight-loss behaviors, which have been linked to other forms of psychological distress, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse and dissatisfaction with life."



There always seems to be that looking over your shoulder, in addition, with gay couples you have the 50% of the female populous to contend with.

Thank you Roger. . The study might be stretched to moving beyond one's social class, as well, where stretching beyond one's predesigned strata by birth into a social class to be embraced by noticeable elevation.
